"So comfy, and yet oh so light!"

| I can't even begin to say how much I love this sleeping pad. I am a big guy from both a height and weight point of view. Sleeping on my Prolite3 Short was working OK, but I still wasn't sleeping through the night. Well, I bit the bullet and got the best sleeping system I have ever used. This combined with a tech blanket and fitted sheet are a perfect combination. I am a side/stomach sleeper who likes to kick a leg out to the side to wrap around the blanket when I get too warm and this combo allows for all those moves and more. I really feel like I am on a nice bed no matter how bumpy the ground is at the site. My hips never hit the ground, and I sleep soundly through the night. | |

"Wonderful pad. Did not feel any lumps or bumps when I went backpacking. Had a GREAT nights sleep."

| I used this pad the last time I went backpacking (last weekend in March). It was cold out and the pad kept me warm in my bag. Also, since I pitched my tent in the dark, I did not realize there were large holes in the ground. I did not feel them in my sleep either. I did not know they were there until I was packing up. The pad is truly wonderful. I have used other pads for backpacking but this wins hands down. It packs smaller than anything I have had and it blows up thicker than anything I have had. The only concern I had was the noise, since I am a light sleeper. The material is a little crinkly. However, I was so tired at night, I did not notice it. | |

"More comfortable than my big heavy base camp pads"
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Super comfy pad! I find it most comfortable partially deflated (getting older!) but would need to have it more inflated for colder climates. Have had to put an extra puff in it halfway through the night on occasion - due to the air inside it cooling and contracting. Possibly the best product available for hiking. Would like to try it on top of a Z Lite to see if that might be the ultimate in base camp comfort! Love the grippy texture - really helps to keep the sleeping bag in place. Was worried about the crinkly noise some people mention - not much of a problem, although it is more noticeable when using the sleeping bag as a quilt than when sleeping in the bag. | |

"This is the best and lightest mat out there, perfect for minimalists."
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I bought the small size (torso) which is 9 oz and packs smaller than a nalagene bottle! I am a minimalist who counts ounce for ounce so I was naturally attracted to this mat because of the weight and space. The mat is intended to be used as a 3 season pad. For winter camping, I plan on pairing this with the 3/8 inch gossamer gear foam pad for a better R value and to have something under my legs as well (remember I bought the small). Over I give it 5/5 stars! RJH | |

"Have your cake...and sleep on it, too!"

| The ultimate lightweight 3-season sleeping pad. Folds up TINY (no really, I'm not kidding...it's the size of pint glass of beer when put in the storage sack,) and weighs NOTHING. If you're into ultralight backpacking or just want to assign the weight on your back or bike to something else, this is the pad for you. Warm and comfortable. In colder weather, I would recommend the ExPed pads by Outdoor Reasearch. Otherwise, this is a revelation. Sweet dreams! | |

"Ultralight, durable, small size, 1 minute inflate, and comfy!"
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Good for 3 seasons plus. I use mine down to 25 degrees. It's so small and light, you'll really struggle to make the decision to use anything else. Wide shoulders? Go for the large 25 inch wide model. Just a few more ounces, and your arms won't fall off the mat. Noise? Doesn't wake me when I roll around. I give it 5 ANTLERS UP! No excuses, hit the trail! "I'm in love" | |

| This is the comfiest sleeping pad EVER. 2.5" of pure awesome. I can sleep on my side and my bony hips don't touch the ground. The horizontal air tubes are nice and stable, so you don't feel like you're sleeping on a pool float. And all that weighs in at under 13oz (I have the medium). What more could you want? Well, maybe a built-in cupholder. But other than that, it's perfect. | |

"GIVE IT A GO!!!" | |

| This sleeping pad is amazing. Its nice and thick so you can adjust the pressure well for your customized amount of comfort. The reflective bottom keeps the cold on the ground and the warmth on your back. So very comfortable and crazy light and small for backpacking. It seriously does pack down to the size of a Nalgene bottle. Totally worth the cost. | |

"If you want to cut some weight and get a great night's sleep this is an awesome product."

| Very compact and light weight. I will have to wait and see about its durability. The material seems to be very thin at first glance. But it is the most comfortable sleep pad I have used. Turning in my REI core lite for the Neo. | |

| I just upgraded from the 3/4 ultralite airmattress that I bought about 9yrs ago and still going strong to the neoair (small) and I cant beleive how much smaller & lighter it is. Also being twice as thick, much more comfy & support. | |

"This product does not provide additional support over other inflatable pads. Cannot be recommended"
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I purchased the Therm-A-Rest NeoAir Sleeping Pad as a replacement for a Pacific Outdoor Equipment Peak Oyl Lite which gave very poor back support. I purchased the NeoAir because it has horizontal (rather than vertical) air panels and hoped it might give me better lower back support. The result is about the same as previous sleeping pad. I also tried pad with a separate lumbar support pillow, but still woke up several mornings with incredible back pain. For someone who does need a lot of back support this sleeping pad is very comfortable, (albeit, different because of horizontal panels) but for anyone with back issues this will probably not solve your problems. | |
