Casio Pathfinder Triple Sensor Watch Reviews:

I bought this Casio 2 years ago and I can say with complete honesty that I have literally worn this watch....EVERY DAY SINCE! It not only wakes me in the morning for work but the abuse that I've put this watch through at a chemical plant in southeast Texas where I work garnishes it 5 stars....and if there's such a thing, 10 galaxies!! I don't sit in an office and stare at a computer screen all day. (no offense to those that do) I'm in the plant all day and can say that I've not had one single issue with this watch. Because the crystal is recessed it's protected and a good thing because I've banged this watch so hard before that I've fully expected to see a chunk taken out of it but everytime I check for damage....nothing!! Not even a scratch! I've worn it in the Tetons of Wyoming in the dead of winter snowshoeing without so much as a hiccup..... as well as the humidity saturated southeast Texas summer heat that would melt the handle off a cast iron frypan! The barometer altimeter and compass have never failed me....not ever!!! I'm literally trying to find a flaw with this watch but to this date just can't. Not even the strap retainer that some reviewers seemed to think won't hold up. It has! And the compliments that I get almost daily about this watch is just icing on the cake! If you're looking for a foo foo watch to wear with your suit, then this isn't for you! This is clearly a man's watch....for men!! If you want a watch that will take abuse and never miss a lick? Get this Casio. You won't be sorry!!

The best watch I've owned in years!!

I've compared this watch with one at , it was almost identical, except the band. The one at was more exspensive. So i went with this one. All the same functions as the watch i had before, which was a pathfinder that had a battery. This watch is solar, which makes it a perfect fit for me. I can charge it easily, and the charge last for a long time. Only one real con, and that is i can't seem to change the pressure reading, in the barometer, to read inches instead of the meteric. Otherwise it's a great watch and would recommend the pathfinder solar watch to anyone. For the cost, and everything you want in a outdoor watch, you can't beat it.

This is something....

I am into trekking and hiking. Also sometimes I do dive. I am not sure if the leather on the back of the strap will take the sea-water or for that matter even my skin-chemistry. But over-all it's a strong piece of machinery. Would have given a 5 star if they would have added a heart-rate sensor.

Solid Watch!

Overall, this is a great watch. The only issues I have with the watch is one, that the indiglo light will only illuminate for one second making it hard to read sometimes. And two, the ring around the band where the long part tucks into seems cheap. I expect this to break in the near future.

The Perfect Gift!

This was a gift for my boyfriend who has half a dozen other watches in varying styles. He didn't have a rugged watch yet so I bought this one. He loves it! His favorite feature is the solar power and how the display turns itself off at night to conserve.

Overall I am satisfied

This is a gift to my boyfriend and he really likes it. He is an engineer who likes different electronic gadgets so I think this one will suit him well. He is very impressed by the multiple funtions this watch has. The multiple alarm function is very useful.

great watch

Awesome watch. I bought it on sale, Great buy. The only thing about it that concerns me is the strap retainer seems a bit weak, time will tell I suppose.
