Caterpillar Casual Liv Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

I love these boots. The color is great, just like the picture. The left boot is just a bit smaller than the right boot and I really have to pull hard to get it on. The right boot fits perfect. So if you have wide feet maybe size up. The tread on the boots is great, no slip in slush or rain. For me the insole is a little hard and I'm thinking of getting an insole for a softer step. Otherwise they look great with lots of outfits! They lost a star due to the left boot fit and hard sole (I wish the heel was just a bit more flat).

Negative Reviews:

I wear an 8.5 in boots, so that's what I ordered in these Liv's. I could not get my right foot in the boot at the ankle. I think I have normal ankles so I'm not sure what was going on with the right boot. I could get my left foot in the left boot no problem. They are very narrow where the shaft meets the top of the boot and it's difficult to get your heel down in. These really need a zipper. The left boot (the one I could actually get on) felt wide in the toe box already, so I know sizing up wouldn't have helped. All in in all, pretty comfortable, but a little heavy...the rugged sole and logger-inspired heel definitely add some weight to the boot. I purchased the "Iron" color and it looked just like the picture, a true taupe color, very neutral. The leather is "crinkled" to give it a distressed look. The crinkling almost makes it look like faux leather or PVC, but it is in fact, real leather. Returned these, the search continues.
