| The service I received when making my purchase was the best service I've ever received when ordering through mail or online. I had a question several days after the order was placed and was able to call back and get an email directly from the person who took my original order. I needed my sandals by a certain date and she very kindly offered to call Chaco and make sure that could happen for me and it did. I will definitely buy from Altrec again. | |

| These new Chaco flip flops were terrific - - great arch support and comfortable to wear immediately.They are much better than the other Teva and Colombia one I have worn.Best of the customer service at Altrec make it easy to shop with their on-line consultants there to answer and questions about sizes and colors and their delivery is fast and accurate. They are my favorite in-line gear store. | |

| Probably some of the best flops I've ever owned. Chaco is a great brand and makes high quality stuff. I use them everywhere, from riding my bike, to fishing, to hiking, etc. They fit comfortably and mold nicely to your feet. A wonderful buy. | |

| I switched to Chacos nearly 8 yrs ago. I will never return to Teva, Reef or whatever else I've worn in the past. I have taken my Chacos all over Africa; they last, their arch support is superior and they are comfortable. | |
