| Very Nice! I would normally order 8 1/2 Wide, but since they don't have 1/2 sizes, I ordered a 9 and it's just right. Felt just a bit tight on the first day, but I've had them for 4 days and they are getting more comfortable each day. I like the arch support and the way that the toes are low to the ground and that the back of the heel goes low too. It doesn't make me feel like I'm walking on some tall platform flip flop, like some of the "supportive" ones do. It feels more like actual barefooted walking, only with arch support, which is extremely important to me with plantar fasciitis. I also like the satiny/nylon strap between the toes. It's comfortable and probably will be durable. The leather footbed is nice; my feet don't stick to it. My two cents worth... | |

| I BOUGHT THESE FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO IS IN THE PEACE CORP IN SUVA, FIJI. I BOUGHT HER A PAIR LAST YEAR, BUT SHE LOST ONE BECAUSE WHEN SHE GOT UP TO DANCE AND CAME BACK TO HER TABLE, THEY WERE GONE. SHE SPENT THE WHOLE NIGHT LOOKING AT EVERYONE'S FEET - HOPING TO FIND HER CHACO FLIPS. ONE WEEK LATER, SHE FOUND ONE ALONGSIDE THE ROAD WHILE WALKING, WITH HER HEAD HANGING LOW AND HER FEET HURTING. SHE HAS BEEN SAD HAVING ONLY ONE SHOE TO REMIND HER OF A PAIR, SO I BOUGHT HER TWO PAIR 2 COLORS. I HAVE ONE PAIR FOR HER HERE WHEN SHE GETS HOME IN JULY, AND MAILED HER THE BUFF ONES SO SHE CAN WEAR THEM HOME. I CAN'T WAIT TO HUG HER. WE HAVE ACTUALLY BOUGHT 5 PAIR OF CHACO FLIPS THIS YEAR - 2 LA | |

| Flip out! Since it is still a little cold here, I haven't been able to wear the Flip outside yet. However, I have worn it around the house a good bit. At first it was a little uncomfortable between my toes, but it does seem to have loosened up a bit. I did have to order a size larger than I normally wear (I have two other Chacos in my normal size but this style seemed small). The arch is wonderful - I have plantar fasciitis and need a high, supportive arch. This fits the bill. I can't wait to further break them in and wear them outside. They are a nice plain leather flip flop that I plan on wearing with capris and shorts. | |

"Most awesome sandals ever"

| I got hooked on Chacos from one of my friends. She has a knee problem and Chacos are the only sandals she can wear that don't hurt her knee. I tried her sandals on one day and I knew I had to get some of my own. First I bought the regular Flip sandals which are awesome and after trying on the leather flip sandals I had to get those too. The leather flip is amazing. I wear them all the time. I wear painful high heels to work, so I always take my Chacos with me to put on when I leave. They snuggle my feet into relaxation. Seriously, these are the best sandals I have ever worn. | |

| Great Flip-Flop...Excellent Arch Support - I bought these flip-flops after the doctor told me I needed to wear shoes with arch support (I was having pain on the top of my foot due to having high arches and wearing regular flip-flops and sandals with no arch support). I'm glad I came across these shoes...they are fantastic! They are extremely comfortable. I must say, though, that it took a couple days to "wear" them in. One of the straps rubbed the top of my foot almost to a blister. After a couple of days, this went away. So, if you're looking for a VERY comfortable flip-flop with great arch support, this shoe is for you! :o) | |

I bought these because I am pregnant and am due in the middle of Texas summer when it will be VERY hot. I needed a comfortable sandal with arch support that I could wear everyday. These go with everything. I love them! It took a couple of days to break them in. I made the mistake of wearing them to walk around the zoo right after I got them. I got sores on my foot where the straps go. Now that they are broken in I have not had any problems. I could never go back to cheap flip-flops again. These are highly recommended. I wish I had them in every color.

This is my second pair of Chaco flip flops. The first pair were the ones w/half the strap was material & striped. Since I have high arches, my first pair did the trick so I could wear flip flops again!! The only thing I didn't like was the color, but for the price, beggars can't be choosy!! I have gotten a lot of compliments on them from folks who can't wear ordinary flip flops and they wanna know what brand they are and where I got 'em. Chaco comes through again. However, I did have to order 1/2 size bigger, otherwise, the straps would've been too tight!!

Worth dropping the cash

These apparently used to come with Vibram soles, and were advertised as such, but that was no longer the case by the time I bought them. They seem pretty grippy nonetheless. The arch supports are great and the heel is a little cupped, so you don't end up with your heel squishing a low spot off to the side somewhere (which usually happens to me). They cost more than I would have ever thought to spend on flops, but it's completely worth it, since I wear them every day and don't feel like I'm ruining my arches.

| Love it love it love it! My Chaco sandals make me feel 20 years younger - I wish! They make your feet happy. You make ordering products from you the best time ever - never enjoyed ordering as much as I do thru you - you make it a blast! Can't wait to place another order. Also received a freebie - yeah - waterbottle - only had it in my hands for 2 seconds until my daughter snatched it away from me - it was fun while it lasted! Love you all!!!! | |

| Finally...RELIEF! As a Florida girl, I love to go barefoot. Plantar Fasciitis heel pain put an end to that, as I suffer miserably with sore feet when I don't wear my expensive orthotics. Tile floors add to the pain. I can wear sandals and flip-flops for a while, but I'm still sore at the end of the day. HOWEVER, it's true that I can wear my Chacos constantly with NO PAIN. I love them sooo much! They're really cute and have held up under rainy Florida weather. | |

Nacho Chaco | |

I read the reviews and bought a size up, never owning Chacos before. I have very small 6.5 size feet. I needed a good sturdy pair of flips that wouldn't hurt my feet when on long walks. These came and the 7.0 was good lenght wise but very narrow, even on my small feet! Not to mention the "mute burnt orange" color was more like burnt nacho cheese. The leather felt nice, but after a 10 minute walk the straps had rubbed my feet raw. Overall I think for the "Cinderella" foot these shoes would be great. But no Nacho Chacos for me thanks. I returned them promptly and Backcountry.com promptly gave me a refund no questions asked.

| Leather flip review - I love Chaco's especially their flip flops, but the leather after it's worn is slippery and the thong part & strap across the foot are too loose. Walking is difficult as the flip flop is keeps sliding around & falling off. I'd swap them for their other non-leather flips, but I've worn them. | |

This seems to be a flip flop for those with narrow, bony, problematic feet. The good parts: the leather was sooooo very soft and comfortable. The bad parts. First, the pair I got was asymmetric between the right and left feet, such that the left flip was fine but the right flip was too tight. (Apparently I have meaty feet. But I'm a normal sized person....) Second, the flip was not wide enough, so that my foot seemed to spill over the sides a bit. Third, the arch support was a bit too aggressive for me -- a short walk sent pains through my legs. I can see how the arch support would help if you have collapsed arches or other arch-related foot problems, but for those without these problems this feature may backfire. Fourth: the toe separator seemed to be a few millimeters too far back, such that my heel would look like it's sliding off. You may want to consider ordering a size up.

| These didn't last very long. I've had flip flops that were 1/10 the cost of these that lasted 10 times longer. Higher price doesn't mean higher quality. | |
