Works great so far!
We have been using this product to measure out a varsity soccer field and have used it 4-5 times in the last month. I saw reviews of the tape breaking easily so I was a little concerned but it has held up great. I even staked one end into the ground and pulled it myself to measure out 60 yards. The tape is light weight so if the wind is blowing just keep it on the ground as you pull and it stays pretty well. I am very happy with this product. My only wish is it had "Yards" on it too but with a little basic math it works.

Don't pull to hard.
I was excited to find a 400' tape to measure out a regulation (just over 350') soccer field. That was until I used it. (I actually bought two) I blame myself for the first tape breaking. I was driving the distance of the soccer field and the tape got jammed up and I did not let go soon enough for it not to snap. I thought "my bad". Then I was WALKING with the tape and I pulled on it to be sure there was no slack, and that one snapped too. I have not had time to take both tapes back but I will. I would only recommend this product if you plan to really really gentle with it and only if you really need more than 300'.
