Acceptable Agility Ladder
I use the ladder for footwork training in taekwondo.
The steps do not lock in place, so you'd have to manual adjust them if they move out of place, which doesn't happen during the training, but when you collapse them to put them away or stretch them apart to expand the ladder. However, the steps mostly stay rigid in place.
