Upgrade your Chariot Cougar, CX, or CSL child carrier with the lightweight Stridelite Strobe Kit and you'll remain visible long after sundown. These flexible electroluminescent strips light up with a blue flash that is visible from 600 meters away, but they're super-simple to operate and they sip very efficiently on electricity. If your evening jogs turn into extended group strolls with the other neighborhood tots, the Stridelite Strobe Kit is a no-brainer for your Chariot Carrier.

Positive Reviews:

StrideLite lamps are perfect for what they were designed for

Rating:****

I looked at the lights on the stroller and they just look slapped on. (sorry Backcountry, I saw them at REI store) I don't think they are the best application. The price seems way out of line.

The StrideLite lights are extremely effective in the company's own products ...I've had one of their waterproof jackets for a couple of years and am constantly stopped by people who tell me that i was really lit up. It really is a great set up.

The technology is great though it is really meant for night time...can't believe a reviewer above complained that the lights were visible when it was cloudy!

Negative Reviews:

Don't buy this product

Rating:*

I spent the $44 thinking I was buying a premium product like all other chariot accesories and was extremely disappointed.
They should have used led lights instead of the extremely weak blue lights that can hardly be seen.
I ended up returning the product and buying standard led tailights which are a lot cheaper and more visible.
I hope chariot discontinues this product and comes up with something better.

The Stridelite Strobe kit is not visible when it's sunny or cloudy. It is only visible at night. It's better to buy a cheap led strobe lite for $10.00 at your local bike shop. This product was a waste of money. I wish Chariot could have designed it better or used an LED.

waste of money...

I was also disappointed with the strobe lights. We just received them yesterday and one already is not working. So in reality, we haven't even used them yet and they don't work.
