Fat people rejoice! Strength & Support!

| I bought these skates over a week ago because I wanted to learn to skate. I have bad ankles, little balance, and weigh about 300 pounds so I wanted a strong product with lots of ankle support. Since I'm a clumsy person I also wanted roller skates intead of roller blades. These have been wonderful. They are very strong and do not feel flimsy at all. I wear a womens 9 1/2" double wide but the mens size 10 fits great. My mother will be getting a pair too soon since she saw how well I've done with them and has started trying skating. | |

Looks good but does not perform well

| The skate itself looks great, however, the very first time I rode on them in a roller rink I noticed that there was a considerable amount of drag or friction in the bearings. By the end of my skating session 2 1/2 hours later, all of the wheel bearings were wore out. The bearings were very noisy and not smooth. The skate needs better bearings. | |
