SUCH a cute shoe; got so many compliments. My son has a wide toe base, and outgrew these quickly. I think they run a little small. But I'm rebuying the next size up because I really liked them and based alot of my son's wardrobe around them. I'm hoping they fit him because I think all these Cienta shoes are so cute and affordable.
My son had these and he loves them. They are navy as shown. There is a denim version out there, which is what the other reviewer must have bought. These shoes are flexible and easy on/off. They also smell like strawberries. My son now wants me to buy only strawberry-scented shoes.
These are very cute but they are dark denim, not straight up navy. Just so you know! I would keep them because they're cute, but my son can't have any sort of denim at his school and therefore I have to return them.
Negative Reviews:
I bought these for my one year old son who had just started to walk. The shoes run rather narrow so it is hard to jam your child's foot in there, especially if they like to curl their toes like mine does. Next the sole is way too thick (i.e. tall). This isn't good design in a shoe sized for a baby/toddler learning to walk. With soles so tall, my son wasn't able to get a good sense of walking and returned to crawling which scuffed up the shoe which is made from a not very hearty denim fabric.
