Healthy snack for boys and girls

Rating:*****

Clif bar markets these to women mainly because of the boost in folate and calcium, which I've heard women need more of, and they are about 70 calories less than the OG Clif bar. But don't let this fool you. They are a super nutritious snack for everyone and taste great! The OG Clif can feel kinda heavy when I'm just sitting around and want something to munch, but the Luna bar digests really easy. I like to eat one about an or so before I leave work to go for a run.

Yummy.

Rating:****

There is always at least one Luna bar in my pack. They're delicious, and good nutrition in a junk food world. I have a special weakness for Iced Oatmeal Raisin. I find Luna bars to be a good size for those times when you really could use a meal, but for whatever reason, can't get to "real" food. I will admit to eating nothing but Lunas for an entire weekend on at least one occasion (That's probably not recommended, however).

One a day!!!

Rating:*****

I have had at least one Luna Bar every day for the last 6 months easy. I especially recommend the Caramel Nut Brownie. Ooh, with milk. It's so yummy, tastes like a candy bar without the high sugar or fat or carbs. These are the only energy bars that make me not feel hungry anymore, I always have one in my purse just in case. They have saved me from eating pure fast food crap in a weak moment.

awesome

Rating:*****

These don't taste like energy bars, they just taste awesome. I ate them for breakfast for seriously about 6 months straight. They're a great snack for a hike, or as a light meal when you're stuck at your desk or in the library. It's hard to believe the caramel nut brownie is good for you, it tastes that good.

Caramel Nut Brownie

Rating:*****
Yeah these bars are targeted at women, but some of the flavors are so good I can't pass them up. My wife and I both love the Caramel Nut Brownie, can't wait to go through another box!

Tasty

Rating:****

Lemonzest and Iced Oatmeal are the bomb. These bars hold up nicely as they end up at the bottom of my pack. Low mess and easy to digest. Not too sweet.

Love Em'

Rating:*****

Great for hiking trips and such.. also a good boost before a workout. Iced Oatmeal Raisin is my favorite flavor - but all of them are good!

these bars may be for women but they taste a lot like the powerbar harvest bars. I will buy them again.

Tasty, but small

Rating:***

These bars are very tasty. I've tried 3 different flavors, and they're delicious. The chocolate is like a candy bar. The downside is that they're small and less calories (less energy) than some other bars. I would recommend them for a moderate workout.
