| I bought this coat for my wife in time for our May trip to Scotland. She wasn't going to bring it, but I talked her into it and she was really glad. May is a bit chilly there, and this coat kept her nice and warm, while the Primaloft insulation kept the coat lightweight. The stitching is nice, too, girly but not *too* girly. I would agree that the sizing runs a bit small. | |

| I bought the blue color for my Mom. She's 5ft 108lbs, and the size M fit her perfect. This is a very beautiful and warm jacket, and the inside lining of the collar is white and very soft! My Mom didn't like the white color because it will get dirty easily, so we had to return it. If the Olive or Nightshade colors were available in size M, we would have bought them! | |

| The OR's Madison jacket has all the qualities I was looking for: light, warm, and washable. It is close fitting so it works best with a light layer underneath, while folding cuffs ensure that a wide variety of body types can be accomodated. | I bought this jacket after I read it made the Best Gear listing from Outside Magazine. I have not been disappointed either. It is warm, light weight and stylish enough to wear out on the town. My favorite however is the fleece lining inside the cuffs and collar which keeps me toasty at all those spring soccer games in the Midwest. | |
