Cocoon 100 Cotton Flannel TravelSheet Sleep Sack Reviews:

Keeps me warm!

I'm in Afghanistan and using the cocoon as a bed sack. My room is cold and this is perfect to sleep in - I wish the opening was on the right but think this was designed to go inside of a sleeping bag.

A little thin.

A little thinner that I would have hoped. I'll mostly use it for a "sheet" on top of an air or foam pad in Greenland and Antarctica (then I lay on it and use an opened-up sleeping bag like a comforter).

Just what I was looking for .

Just what I wanted to extend the life of my sleeping and provide the extra warmth needed on a slightly cooler evening.

nice quality bag

I returned this item because I needed one with a full length zipper. The return service was very easy and quick.

Keeping Warm

Just what you need to add another 10F to your sleeping bag rating, or great for a warm weather cover up.

Negative Reviews:

Barely useful on its own.

I bought this hoping I could use it as a compact blanket with my hammock; I was wrong. Alone, this is too thin to be of any use. In retrospect, a summertime sleeping bag would have been a better choice.Secondly, it is very low quality. The stitches bare a lot of loose threads. All in all, anyone with $5 of cotton flannel from the fabric store, a sewing machine, and an hour of time could make this. The only thing you would not have is the tote-bag. I wish I had done that instead.I did successfully enjoy this as a blanket next to a campfire last weekend, so I would recommend this for car trips and campground style lounging. It could still be useful as a sleeping back liner, however. Bringing it as a liner is the only way I would bring this on a back country hike, though.
