These shoes are great. They look just like the picture online. They are comfortable right out if the box and they tend to go with more outfits than I originally thought. They feel true to size and due to the elastic all the way around, there is no gapping or slippage. The support is pretty good for ballet slippers and the sole is more substantial than the soft fold-up soles. This was a very good purchase and I will get a lot of use and wear from these.
Very cute, COMFORTABLE shoe. True to size. My foot is a little wide (8) and in the past have had trouble with Cole Haan because they tend to run narrow. This fits perfectly. The 'chestnut' weave at the front is more of a 'red oak' color.
These shoes are very comfortable (they are more cushy than most flats), cute and fit true to size. However, they rubbed against my pinky toe knuckle. I had to return them.

I found these shoes to be very uncomfortable. I ordered them because the color was exactly what I was looking for. I tried them on before I went on a trip. I thought they would be fine. I wish I would have returned them. I ordered my normal size that I always wear but they were too tight in the toe area, they rubbed on my heel. Completely and totally uncomfortable shoes for me.

I agree with the previous reviewer only my pair wasn't rubbing in the toe box, and I ordered half a size up, mine rubbed exclusively on the heel. The shoe is a nice basic and ordering up at least half a size is reasonable. If you have a pronounced heel/bones probably not a good buy though. I wear mine like mules and am trying to stretch and break down the leather in the heels.
