Coleman Hard Lantern Case Powerhouse Lantern 295 Reviews:
Fit my 220F perfectly
I have two of the old 220F white gas lanterns, but was concerned about transporting them with other heavy gear. Now I don't have to worry about a globe replacement or worse when I travel with them. My two cases were black and clearly stated on the label that they work with the 220 lanterns. They have room to spare, no cutting, no mods, just put the lanterns in them.
This is a simple and easy to use case for my Lantern. It holds the unit firmly in the base. The base also has room to store spare mantles and matches under the lantern so they can always stay together. It can be a bit hard to snap closed but once you find the correct position it locks in securely and the lantern doesn't wobble inside the case.
Nice lantern case. I have a Coleman 220 gas lantern. I am not sure how old it is because I bought it used. I would say at least from the 1980's if not earlier. It fit perfectly in this case. Much more secure than the old box I had it in. There is even room for spare mantles.
I have two 220F lanterns, and both cases fit them perfectly. They were black, and the labels mentioned that they fit 220 lanterns as well as some others. Recommend! Especially if you have all the other gear like canopies and chairs that can muss up a lantern in the back.
I purchased a used Coleman 220F lantern for use in emergencies and needed a storage case. This case works perfectly. The lantern base fits snug in the case bottom and has room to store spare mantels, generator, wrench, and matches.
