great stove

very nice stove. you can turn down only one windscreen to use as extra surface as at least one windscreen is needed to hold up top. real easy to light. don't spent extra for a electric ignition. very compact, portable, durable. don't know why other reviews have problems with flame control, it is a little touchy, but just need some patience.

Good buy!

Amazing that it's almost the Coleman I used as a kid, 50 years ago--with a few upgrades! The only downside is accumulating lots of partially used gas canisters since we always want to start a trip with a full fresh one.

Highly recommended!

I'd have given the stove 5 stars, but for the temperature control - moving the dial a millimeter takes you from high to medium; another millimeter and you're on low. Way too touchy. Other than that, it's a great stove!

Neutral Reviews:

disappointed by the non-adjustable flame

To turn-down the flame from a powerful blast, you must VERY carefully & slowly turn the knob very close to the "off" position. There's a fraction of a degree in the turning radius, before it goes off where you can get the flame down to something smaller than "scorching". But then you need to check on it because it will creep back up to a larger flame on its own!
Otherwise, the stove travels great and works fine!
