Delivers on everything promised

Bought from REI on Father's Day as a replacement unit. Wanted an up-to-date model as requirements change with bulk propane (5 gallon systems attached to other gas appliances) and ease of maintenance/cleaning. The Triton performed beyond expections in the Redwoods downpours, as it was left out in the rain constantly.
Physically it's a solid construction with solid sides and grill. The cooking surface is smooth with stain resistant surface that is very easy to clean. The older model had an exterior handle which has been replaced by a low profile handle that is part of the unit itself.
Use: In the rain, cold, humidity and heat over a week in the forest, the 11,000 BTU's performed flawlessly and heated water, coffee, etc. in no time at all. This for me in being able to use in conjuction with the 5 gallon propane was paramount.

Excellent stove for the money

We have used this stove for over two months now on at least 5-6 car camping trips. The stove works excellent and delivers every time. After reading other reviews about more expensive stoves with piezo ignition system which sooner or later breaks, I decided to go with a model without it. After all, I always carry at least 2 regular butane stove lighters with my camping gear. One of the lighters can easily be packed inside the stove. Together with the stove, we also bought coleman griddle, which stows away inside the stove as well. As a set, this stove and griddle satisfy all our camp cooking needs.

Great stove - but canned fuel...

Our dual-fuel Coleman died, and we purchased this in the hours before our inaugural camping trip for the year. 2 adults + 4 kids (5~11). Stove was great! Worked perfectly. Only issue is 'disposable' 1 lb propane containers. We bought 2 for the weekend and that was fine, but have philosophical issue with that method. Since returning, have found refillable 5 & 10 lb options using adapter hose. Wish this more 'green' option was presented and available at REI during our initial purchase. Our advice ... Purchase the stove, but find the adaptor and refillable tanks.

This thing rocks.

What's to say about something that just works? Used in on a 3-day outing - and no issues whatsoever. Preferred this model over the insta-light version since a good match isn't that hard to find (or one of those butane lighter thingys), and there's nothing to fail.

Sure, it could be bigger, the temperature control could be slightly better - but then again, you could haul your gas range out to the woods too.

I know this will be used for years - and I bet without any problems.

Excellent camp stove

Stove is great for weekend and longer camping trips. Wouldn't fit in a backpack, but for stationary campsites, this is great, simple and easy to use. Lighting is easy and the price was good. However, temperature control isn't great. Full on works well, but there really isn't any low/simmer setting. Trying to turn the burner way down will shut off the flame and require a relight. Burner is easy to clean up (if you wipe it down soon after cooking) and repacks nicely.

It's inexpensive but it does the job

I used it for tent camping with my family and it worked great. I did burn the first batch of pancakes I made because it was a little difficult to gauge the temperature from the flame so you may want to start with a lower setting when you prepare you're first meal. It does fold up nicely and the side flaps block the wind pretty well when trying to light the flame. Overall, I was very happy with this product.

works

Its a good stove but I have only used it a couple times. The burners are a little close to each other which makes it difficult for larger pans but its fine for medium size pans. The parts are a little flimsy which makes me worry whether it will last. For the price of the stove I say its a great deal.

Works like I expected and want

We replaced an old stove that only cooked at high and sometimes higher never any low settings. This new stove works as I want and need it to. Nice high heat for boiling water but also lower gentle cooking so I don't scorch the eggs for breakfast.

Quick and Easy

Bought this for cooking during Bridge Day weekend this year & couldn't be happier. It boils water fast, cooks up breakfast in no time, and is easy to put together and take apart.
Totally worth the price!

I love it!

No complaints about the PerfectFlow, it does everything I want it to, and it's easy to carry/assemble/clean. Quick setup and good results, it's a no-brainer.

Negative Reviews:

Where is the Piezo Ignition?

At first, I was tempted to buy the stove due to the sale price during the Memorial Day sale. I'm a huge fan of the Coleman propane stove and I had to see what the difference is between the "Titan" series vs. the previous model.

Overall, the design is nice (missing a carry handle like the previous version), but the piezo lighter is the big selling point for me.

For the convenience, it's worth getting the instastart version. Regardless, always bring a lighter just in case the piezo igniter fails.

Luv this stove/It died/I bought it again

I used it only in the BWCAW. The left burner died on the 3rd trip. I haven't used the new one yet. I bought it for it's size and price.
