I have worn these pants in the cold Ohio weather and have got to say they do a great job of keeping you warm. They are not a loose fitting pant, they do hug you pelvis and putting larger items in the pocket is not smart as it "prints" the item in your pocket.
All-in-all, I plan on buying another pair of these pants in another color. The feel is great and they do keep you warm.
These are like jeans, but warmer and better looking - perfect for cold weather where you are going outside then inside a lot. Don't expect them to work when walking through snow.
