Columbia Sportswear Windward II Button-Down Overshirt - Long-Sleeve -
The lined Columbia Windward Shirt has a bit more bulk than your traditional flannel. An acrylic/wool blend maintains your warmth, and when you pair the Windward with a nylon shell your inner core will be warm and happy.

Which is saying a lot considering it has no hand pockets. What can I say this shirt is magic. The outer material is some kind of weave that seems as warm as wool and wayyyy more breathable than flannel. The sherpa body lining is super cozy and even the smooth sleeve lining adds enough warmth that my arms are more comfortable than they are in most jackets. Super impressive product from columbia. Obviously this is a little subjective but for me the sizing is great too - for once a shirt that is not tight in the chest, not too long, and the sleeves fit perfectly.

I bought this shirt for my dad a year ago. Since then, it has been his go-to shirt when temperatures drop. He wears it to the office, washing his truck, mowing the yard, motorcycle riding, fishing, and even to church.
He says it is incredibly comfortable, works well as shirt, mid layer, or jacket, and fit is great. It still looks brand new after frequent wear and washes.
For Christmas he asked for another! In fact, since he loved it so much, I bought three of them to go to him, grandpa, and father-in-law for Christmas.

Had this shirt since feb2013 .
Let me just say this garment is without a doubt the best overshirt on the market.Ive had a few over the years and hands down this is" thee" best.It keeps you warm with the fleece lining, and feels nice and light, not bulky when you have it on.
This shirt has been washed many times and still comes up like new over and over again.Personaly i cant say enough about this columbia product except i hope they keep making it for years to come.
