Cute and Comfy!
Super comfy cute shorts! I will go back and get other colors as the white that I did buy this time (thinking of so many cute colored tanks and camis making adorable outfits) but as with many other white bottoms I've tried they do little to hide the color of your panties. I think white denim may be the only modest pants/shorts unless you want to share your panties with the world! Not a fan of that idea as the chino or twill fabrics look so much cleaner and nicer so these will be for around the house and not to much more. I want the outfit to be a cute top and shorts. The cute underwear will be my business! The fit is really good and besides the see-through factor the fabric is really nice. The give in the waist is really nice for comfort when active although I won't be all that active around the house!
Columbia® Women's Brewha Shorts
I like the Columbia brand to begin with so I had no hesitation ordering the shorts (size small, in fossil and white). As their description says, they are comfortable with the side elastic waist and relaxed-fit. They sit nicely at my waist and don't bind. As of this writing I haven't washed them yet but I expect them to wash up just fine. The inseam is only 6" and that may not be suitable for some older women, but it's suitable for this older woman especially since I'm short!
Great shorts! I haven't worn shorts for years and recently decided to give 'em another try! I've been wearing capris exclusively. But it's awfully hot here in San Antonio! I did my homework on shorts for larger hips and thighs. These Brewha II's have wonderful reviews from other shoppers. I ordered my first pair last week and am now online ordering two more pairs! Columbia, more colors please! Very comfortable and not frumpy.
Bought these shorts after reading the reviews, and I have to say everyone was right. These shorts are perfect. I ordered another pair after I got the first. I hate shopping for shorts but these as all Columbia products are true to size and excellent quality.
Very comfortable & so much better quality than shorts available in most stores. Love these, great fit (I wear size 12 or 14, the Large size is very roomy & comfortable). I have in both colors, please make more colors!
Negative Reviews:
I was very disapointed when the shorts arrived with the pull tab on the zipper missing. I bought them for a weekend trip the following weekend, but obviously couldn't wear them without a key zipper part.
