| FLEXIBLE!!! In our search for winter boots this year, my son requested one thing - flexibility. "I want to be able to move," he said. He hates clunkiness and inflexibility and this boot was neither of those things. I bought and compared them to other boots (Kamik Kids Shadow, Keen Vail & Timberland Inclement Traveler) and these are noticeably more bendable. They're waterproof and rated to -25 weather according to the tag, plus they're easy for a kid to fasten snugly. The final decision was his and he was adamant about keeping these! He said that they're comfortable, he can move in them, and he likes how they look. I agree and would recommend them to anyone with an active kid. | |

These boots arrived in the mail the other day, and when my 10-year-old son tried them on he was really happy. He said that they were very comfortable and light (last year's Lands End boots were heavy!) He also really likes that they simply slip on and off (with a velcro strap for tightening at the ankle) because he dislikes having to tie laces or secure clasps, etc. At this price, these boots are a great value, as well. They'll be perfect for stomping around the playground this winter and for wearing to the ski hill on weekends.

My son had worn out his boots at the wrong time of the year. I looked at 8 stores and couldn't find any. I was about to give up and my 7yr old son said look online. I did and found these terrific boots. They are light weight and easy to put on and take off. Well worth the money.

| Not so great - My polar bear of a son complains that his feet are cold in these. Other son (who is skinny and always cold) has Kamiks with pull out liner and never complains. | |
