Positive Reviews:

Very warm, no drafts, but buy a size larger than you think.

Rating:****

We live in northern Canada and we spend tons of time outside-- this snowsuit rocks. Don't even need to put a toque (wool hat) on our son when he has the hood on (and hood is nice and fuzzy inside). Hand and foot fold-over flaps keep out snow and drafts, a must in cold weather.

Negative: with foot flaps folded over, baby can't walk in it-- too cumbersome and slippery. LOTS of static shocking... baby gets shocked all the time.

Positive: easy to put child in car seat. Plus, inside of arms and legs are a slippery material so you can slide their limbs in without bunching up their clothes.

Important! Fits pretty small... our son is only 11 months and he fills out the 24 month size with the flaps folded.

Down bunting

Rating:*****

For some reason, there weren't a lot of choices when I went looking specifically for a down bunting (not fleece). I found this Columbia one, and it is just right. Well, actually, the first one was size 12M for my 12M old, and it was too short to wear with the feet closed in my carrier. I swapped it out for the size 18M and we are now set. It is very snuggly, though I expected it to be a little heavier. On cold days, I use layers underneath and it's fine. My son is very comfortable in it, and usually falls asleep in the land of snuggliness. Easy to get on and off. A very good value for the money.

Great price, Great Quality for Alask's winter

Rating:*****

My 1 yr old doesn't seem to mind that when I put him in this bunting everytime we go the cold here in Anchorage, Alaska. I loved that when I forgot his mitten, I can just simply fold over the hand cover to keep his hands warm and it looks great in the snow. And my son can easily move/walking around with it and it is very light weight, not like the other snow suite we had that he fussed everytime we put him on that heavy thing. I loved it, it is great price and great quality for everyday uses. Good customer service as well when I called them. Thank you!

great bunting, seems sizing is correct

Rating:****

very warm, easy to "insert" my son in (we have size 6MO, he is 3 months but has already 15 lb). I think the sizing is correct, because he will be able to wear it at least for another month and he is wearing other clothes 3-6 months since he was 2 months. The only thing I would complain about is too small opening for his head when the zip is closed (maybe for smaller babies it would work better, I have to keep it slightly unzipped) and no cloth protection from zip inside.
Otherwise pretty cool product, I feel confident to take my baby outside in any weather. Montana mom

THE BOMB BUNTING!!!

Rating:*****

First off, let me say that this suit is the bomb ! ( the bomb is a slang term for great). I bought one last year for my 3 month old and it made my transporting her very easy. You really don't need bulky sweaters underneath. I only wish I would've ordered 12mos instead of 6mos so she could wear it again this year. That's ok , for this price I can afford to get another. Please don't ever stop making these suits. I'm 32 but wish I could fit in one because they look so comfy.

Columbia Down Snowsuit

Rating:*****

My infant grandson lives in northern New England, famous for long harsh winters. I searched very carefully for a snowsuit that will help him comfortably negotiate the daily trip between his home and his child care center, and on Sunday dog walks on wintry Atlantic beaches. This suit was the warmest that I could find; that includes feet, hand coverage and hood, which fits him well. His mom says she would not change anything about it! Thanks.

GREAT Snow Suit for your little one!

Rating:*****

We looked high & low for a snow suit that was warm & our little guy could actually move around in, this one worked out great! Our little guy is a mover & a shaker & this suit he could actually crawl around in! The added bonus: we didn't have to buy boots since his feet are so small, the suit fit right over his shoes & still kept him warm.

Columbia Snow Bunting - Great for chilly temps in Alaska

Rating:*****

So far this suit has been great! Nice polyester lining so kiddo slips right in. Have taken my son out in 0° Alaska weather with long underwear underneath and he stayed toasty! If you plan on using the fold over hands and feet, make sure you get a size bigger than you think you need... easier for the kids to move around with more room. Good customer service as well!

Negative Reviews:

Disapointed

Rating:*

I was so trilled to order this bunting for my son after reading all these 5stars reviews. When i got it i was very disapointed.Bunting is very-very thin,i hardly can feel any insulation-it's fell like there are only shell and lining.
So i really can't understand what all these people was so exited about?
Have to return.
