I bought this for my son before our Christmas trip to Crested Butte. He was 10 months old when I bought it and I wasn't sure if he would be walking by Christmas, so I wanted something with feet openings. Well he wasn't walking yet, so it was very nice to be able to cuff his little feet over. I paired this with the Patagonia Synchilla Booties (which for some reason are no longer sold on BC but they're amazing), to keep his feet warm. You'll also need some mittens to keep baby's little hands warm. The hand cuffs are amazingly waterproof, but not insulated so little mittens underneath are key. My son ended up spending all day (10 am - 4 pm) out in the snow for several days during our trip and never showed signs of being chilly. Great purchase, and I'm sure it will last for years to come so we can pass it on to other little ones.

it is good. Very easy to put on child.
It allows to take out palms and feet if you need.
But i live in cold area so when it is -15 celsius we should put very warm fleece bunting first. it has not much Down inside for cold weather.
anyway it is nice thing we use almost every day.
