The portable and easy-to-store Smokette makes it simple for even a novice to enjoy barbecue and smoked delicacies. Just roll it out to the backyard when it’s time to start your ribs, brisket or sausage. A highly accurate electronic temperature controller and meat probe (stainless steel only) that allow you to carefully monitor the temperature in the cooking chamber and the doneness of your meat without having to open the door. The operator’s manual and cookbook include complete instructions on cook time and how much wood to use. All grills and racks are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Drippings exit into an easy-to-clean pan. Includes 5 lbs. of smoking wood, spice sample kit and full-size bottles of Cookshack Spicy Barbecue Sauce, RibRub and Spicy Chicken Rub to get you started.

fantatastic smoker

Have used this smoker in 28 degrees and it performed like a champ. One tip, store your wood where it wont absorb dampness. My first try went without a hitch, wood burned down to ash, next two times it only got black .I live in a seaside town and had the wood stored in my shed, that was the error. Finally decided to put the chunk in the microwave for 45 seconds, then pop it in the smoker, that did it, burned down to ash with plenty of smoke. Have my smoker stored outside and covered. I truly recommend this smoker.

Best Smoker Purchase

This smoker is well built and easy to use. Be sure you read the directions in the included cookbook until you get the hang of it. My first attempt was a brisket, and I mis-read the suggested internal temperature for being done; I took it off to soon, and it was a bit tough. I re-read the instructions, and left the second attempt on until the suggested internal temp. The brisket was great. I had a couple of friends over when i pulled it out of the smoker, and we sliced it and ate it on the spot. . . Excellent.

Smokin Brisket

Built like an M1A1 tank, (almost). I am smoking beef brisket as we speak! (low and slow)
Last week it was a copper river salmon. Nice job Cook Shack! Keep up the good work. Excellent product Made In The USA !!!!
