Another hit from Corso Como! I just got these shoes in patent leather black today and absolutely love them. I've been a fan of the brand for years now but am not always a fan of their style. This one serves my classic but laid back style well. They are comfortable and really well made. I have several pairs from this brand and I've never been disappointed. I do agree that the sole is slippery and I do recommend bringing it into the cobbler to have it resoled. I live in Portland, Oregon where rain is no stranger and so resoling is a given. Not only will it give you better traction, but it will also extend the life of the shoe. This is cute flat, definitely recommend.
I really like the color and soft leather of these cute shoes. I have very flat feet and they dip just slightly low at the widest part of my foot (by my pinky), but do not cut into my foot. The bottoms are a bit slippery - I may take them to the cobbler to put non-skid stuff on them. I'm usually a 9.5 but these fit in a 9. They seem well made and have nice cushioning.
A little heartbreaking, these. They are beautiful shoes, and despite the sense that there would be some breaking in (of my feet), I would have kept them, but they were a true 11, and alas, I am a true 10½. I usually order up with pointy flats for obvious reasons, but in these, a 10½ would be absolutely perfect, yet there is no such size. Lovely shoes, surprisingly comfortable footbed, and the perfect (Caucasian) nude color.
I was disappointed when I took these out of the box - the coral color was not bright or vibrant at all. It was dull and not fresh looking at all. They are lovely shoes and well-made, which I found very comfortable. I had read other people's reviews about these and I agree with the ones talking about a lot of toe cleavage, but I like that in a shoe - I understand if it's not comfortable for everyone. I would recommend these if you're looking for a toned down coral.
