Clear Camo for stillwaters - A must have
This is my primary lake line, for fishing up to eight feet deep. After a frustrating fight with the original SA Stillwater line, which were really just a stiff tropical line, I have been happily fishing the same line for at least a dozen years. Yes, the SAME line! It refuses to wear out, has retained its flexibility, and keeps on sinking as long as it is cleaned a couple of times per season (warm soap and water). Every Spring, I expect to purchase a new one, and every Spring it looks as good as ever. Add to that the fact it was considerably cheaper than other stealth lines, and this line has paid for itself many, many trips ago.
Due to its record of retaining reasonable flexibility in freezing temps, this would also be my go-to line for cold, shallow saltwater.

This is the best line for fly fishing from a float tube. Put on a 9' tapered leader and a black or olive wooley bugger and you will catch fish!
