| These pants are made of good materials and like all Craft things they feel like they will last for some time. The reason I am not satisfied with them is related to three factors. 1. There is a band of mesh just below the belt line to allow for ventilation. However, what happens is rain pours off your jacket or splashes up into this non-water proof area. It really sucks and has happened each time I wore these pants in the rain. 2. The mesh lining inside these pants is a pain. It makes the pants hard to get on even with with no shoes because it bunches up and your foot gets caught up. I have cursed this many times already. 3. I would overlook this if you are not already looking elsewhere but the icing on the cake for me is the length and ankle area. The pants end with no effort to go over shoe etc. So, whatever rain rolls off the pants just goes down into your shoe, needs a way to cover over top of cycling shoe. I wanted to love these pants so bad. I only wear them in snow and won't wear them in the rain unless it it pouring and I am wearing a long jacket and no backpack. | |
