Craft Superlight Mesh Sleeveless Base Layer -

Craft designed the Men's proCOOL Mesh Sleeveless Cycling Shirt to be a base layer for biking in warm conditions. If a base layer for warm weather seems counterintuitive, consider that this super lightweight mesh undershirt will help you stay cool and dry. Craft used a six-channel, hollow-fiber polyester filament to knit this fitted shirt, all these channeled fibers exponentially increase this shirt's ability to wick moisture and release body heat. The mesh knit creates air pockets on this shirt's surface that allow for maximum ventilation. Craft added an antimicrobial treatment to the proCOOL Mesh Shirt to prevent odor from setting up a base camp underneath your pits.

Fit:

  • Ergonomic Fit

Fabric:

  • Antimicrobial treatment to prevent fabric odor from setting in
  • Multi-channel, hollow, polyester filament fabric
  • A mesh knit creates more air pockets across the surface of the fabric, maximizing ventilation and air to skin contact.

Ventilation:

  • The wicking capacity of the proCOOL Superlight gives your skin the dryness it needs to vent

Features:

  • Keeps your core temperature well regulated
  • Fibers channel moisture away from the body
  • proCOOL is a continuous hexachannel filament - meaning that each fiber has six channels and they're engineered to pull perspiration off your body

Craft Superlight Mesh Sleeveless Base Layer Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

I got this over the summer and wore it all winter indoors on the trainer. It rocks and I can't wait to try it out when the weather heats up. I had the old Superlight but this one is anti-odor so that is very nice. Seems to fit better on the sides as well. Love it! Craft make the best base hands down.

Rider Info: 6'1" 175-180lbs. Wearing a size large.
True to size as a large fits great. This base layer has been a go to on every ride now. It makes riding more comfortable, my bibs shoulder straps don't stick and dig in as much and moisture management is stellar. I highly recommend adding a few of these to your riding wear.

I love this baselayer and I have a couple others. I wear this one every time as long as it's clean. I have worn it on probably 30 rides and in temps ranging from 70-100 degrees. I am 5'10 and 170lbs and chose the M. Perfect fit and breathes great.

I've worn this for several Colorado blistering hot rides and it keeps me cool and dry. The anti-odor is a lifesaver. Craft makes the best base layers bar none.

I use this when I ride in the blistering summer heat of Las Vegas and it works great as long as the humidity isn't too high.

Negative Reviews:

Is it really fair trade when Real Cyclist charges more for the common sizes, and less for others? I notice this practice also on jerseys, bibs, etc. Does this represent discrimination in retailing? Why make people pay more for the same item, because of size?
Any comments, anyone? I like RealCyclist and order frequently, but this represents a negative brand experience and causes me to look elsewhere, and I'd prefer to think I can always get the best selection and prices from RC.

Neutral Reviews:

I was really excited about these based on the reviews but when I wore it for the first time it did not keep my cool at all and in fact the extra layer made me overheat.
