More power than I expected

I bought this over the weekend to shoot in the backyard. The power completely caught me off guard! Ive only shot the daisy bb's in it so far. Im shooting pop cans and paper targets from maybe 50+ yards and the bbs are almost going through a wooden fence behind the targets and embedding themselves into it. This gun is also pretty loud which I actually like. I have BSA 4x32 on it and the gun is pretty accurate even with the bb's, im sure pellets would be awesome in it. From the damage ive seen this do Im pretty confindent that it will take out some decent sized critters. Now for the things I dont like. Cabelas in Dundee only had the brown one (salesman told me that it only comes in brown while Crossman lists 4 different versions, some in black.) The other thing is that when you first get it the pump is hard to "un stick" from the locked position. After you use it for awhile and the plastic gets some wear where the two peices meet, it gets A LOT easier. (notice white residue from wear in pic, this is what made it easeier to cock now, its just wear from about 100 shots) Overall im very happy I purchased it. There was only one other gun in this price range that was AR style and the mk-177 had it beat power wise hands down. I will attach pictures of the gun and inside the part you pump to explain the sticking parts.

Nice

Accurate right out of the box. Very powerful from 5-10 pumps. Kind of hard to pump to 10 pumps if you shoot it a lot you'll probably have popeye arms. Probably shot it close to 200 time average 5 pumps with no problems. I don't like the left side bolt makes it awkward for a righty. The BB window is nice. Over all good quality.

Great BB gun

Great gun for the money. A lot of fun shooting BB's or pellets.
