Lots of Promise

Have only used a couple of times. This is on open water sing from a boat vertical jigging. Tipping with small pieces of earthworm brought in multi species of fish, Types caught were walleye , perch , channel cat , bluegill and crappie. Most of the fish were small as I was using the 1/16 oz size. Moving to a different spot I found some big bluegills and this lure worked to perfection. I just wish Cabelas carried a larger selection of colors and sizes. Going to use as an all season lure. I bought with the intention of using as an ice fishing lure. It performance quickly changed my mind.

can't beat it

i love these spoons. it has so much flutter and you can flash the walleye and perch in from a mile a way. but just to get the finicky walleye and perch tip the hook with a minnow head. i haven't had any success open water, but under the ice verticle jigging is the best way. walleye and perch seem to always bite the silver spoon with a red sticker. the size spoon for pretty much every species is the 5\16 oz.

Best flutter spoon

Great falling action, lays on it's side and planes out side of the hole with a slight side to side wobble on a slack line fall. Tipped with a 1" Gulp alive minnow it lays sideways and planes in one direction. By far my favorite spoon for all species I pursue on the ice, gills, crappie, perch and walleye.
