Works very well

I'm not sure if this would work well in marsh/swamp/bog situations where the bugs tend to be more aggressive, but for typical biters and annoyers in the backyard, field, lake or creekside, seaside this works very well. I found that spraying it into my hand first then rubbing it doesn't waste much that might just fly through the air. This is great for those of us who cannot use citronella containing products (headaches and nausea) or refuse to use toxic poisons like DEET. This stuff really does work at keeping off the bugs. The smell is lemony and mildly eucalyptus like, not overpowering to me at all - and I'm very sensitive to smells.

Works great

I have spent years trying to find an effective bug repellent that doesn't give me headaches, make me nauseous or sting AND is safe for the environment and my child's skin. THIS is it!! No citronella, no vanilla, no harsh chemicals. It works very well but not so much for the marshes where the bugs are more aggressive and impervious.
To avoid wasting the spray in the air, I spray some in my hand to rub it on and use a wet cloth to wipe my hands.

It is a little oily so be careful about getting it on good clothes.

seems to work

This product seems to be effective. I used it while in the rainforests in Costa Rica. I received very few insect bites while there, so I'm thinking it must have done the job. Mostly I sprayed it on the clothes I was wearing (a lot of long sleeved shirts)so maybe it will be more or less effective directly applied to the skin. I felt comfortable knowing that I was not exposing myself to the high levels of Deet in the other products I had considered.

Bug juice

This mosquito repellent is an all natural mixture of ingredients. It's as effective as a deet spray without the toxic effects of deet.It is a excellent choice for children and adults who are concerned with toxic chemicals. Some people find the smell a bit harsh, but it disappears after awhile.

Worked for me

I used this in a park in Alaska that had a lot of mosquitos. I didn't get bitten once and they love me. The smell is kind of strong at application but it doesn't give off a smell as bad as regular bug spray.

Nice stuff. It worked.

Camping and back yard in the garden, it worked fine. Somewhat strong of an odor, but not overwhelming. That is what keeps the bugs away and so, that is why we buy it.

Good to the last drop

The product is used while playing golf to avoid the flying critters that seem to always be attracted to me. Works great although there is a residual odor that some may find unpleasant.

Keeps those buggers away

I was looking for a bug repellent spray w/o deet. This repllent did the job. The smell is a bit intense but better than other repellents I've used.

Excellent Product - works for me!

Smart package, nice for three day weekend (not too large not too small). Perfer in casual usage over stronger options. easy to use - nice smell.
