I had forgotten why I had put masking tape around the top of the container until I read the other review. I was glad that I always carry bug repellant in a ziplock bag as a precaution. The tape solved the problem of the top popping off.
I like that the product uses Picardin rather than DEET because DEET gives my son a rash (very sensitive skin) and I worry about it melting his nylon pants. Picardin also has a lighter, non-greasy feel, and less chemical odor (so needs less fragrance to cover that up). And Picardin still keeps the mosquitos away. My son's outdoor day camp and Boy Scout troop do not allow aerosol sprays, and I find that even the pump sprays get into the air so that I can taste it in my mouth, and I'd worry about kids spraying it where it would get into someone else's eyes. So I think the wipe form is especially good for kids.
