Solid Bike Lock

Rating:*****
I use this lock on a daily basis to lock my commuting bike. Very simple to use and is beefy. I haven't had to worry about my bike at all like I used to with my old cable lock. It comes with two keys, which is a definitely bonus. The keyhole also has a sliding cover to help keep water out, reducing the chance of it icing over in cold, wet weather or getting rusty. I've used it everyday for the past 6 months (in the heat, rain, and snow) and it's held up. There isn't a single bit of rust and rubber cover doesn't have any wear. The lock is heavy, but that's to be expected with a solid lock. Bottomline: solid lock and great price. I would recommend it to anyone.

Solid U-Lock

Rating:*****

What is there to say about a u-lock? Well the Cutter Commuter U-Lock is solid. I've been using mine for over a year and it's still going strong.

The locking mechanism is still good and running smooth (thanks to the keyhole cover).

The rubber sheathing over the 'U' is durable. Mine only has a couple of minor cuts/scratches but it isn't fraying or coming off (even after a year of use).

Zero rust. I use this lock everyday through blazing sun, rain, cold winter days, and snow. So far there isn't on speck of rust or other corrosion.

In short, it'd be hard to beat the Cutter Commuter U-Lock.

Easy to Use

Rating:*****
I dig it. Easy to use, comes with two keys. It's a little heavier than I'd like because I'm used to chintzy locks. Great product at a good price. Buy it.

cutter u-lock

Rating:*****

what can you say? it locks well, and gets the job done. Not too heavy, but heavy enough to break some things if you so desire.

What can I say?

It's a lock and it works. My bike is still out back, which is all I care about. Killer price on a good lock.
