Positive Reviews:

Great light for all around use!

Great light and very good value/function ratio.
This light is extremely visible, and has multiple modes for different types of rides. For the early morning/late night commuter it has bright quick flashes, and for the highway tourer it has a constant on, or nearly constant on (BRIGHT-fade-dark-BRIGHT) mode. USB charging is awesome and works on your Garmin adapter & cable, or even with an Apple Ipod/iPhone "cube". Easily lasts for a whole day of riding or multiple commute days. Only con is that if you are riding with others you may want to stay to the back because it's 2W beam is pretty darned bright!!

Very Bright

This light has a narrower beam than some. This focuses the light into a very bright light stream behind the bike. I do not like to ride behind my wife when she has this light on. It is just perfect to make sure you are noticed. It seems to be good for both day and night riding. I have tired several other rear lights and this is the best of them. I strongly recommend this light. It is not expensive and it works well!

Great light, very convenient.

I've been using this light all summer on twisty backcountry WNC roads and the Blue Ridge Parkway, usually in the middle of the day. I can tell by the braking noises that cars see me with plenty of time to slow down/avoid me. The ease of re-charging with a USB cable is a real plus. It is far superior to my previous, replaceable battery operated tail light, in convenience and brightness.

Stays in place

I like this light because it stays in place when I clip it on my bike bag that sits on my rear rack, even while I ride on VERY bumpy streets. My old light constantly fell off and ended up breaking. This one is very bright and has lots of options for how you want the light to stay on or flash, I haven't really tried the different flashing options.

Neat product!

It's great that there are varying beams that can be deployed. Also this is the first USB recharge device I've ever used - that's neat!

One caution: it's so easy to use that you need to remember to look at your bike at the end of the ride to turn it off.

The ideal tail light

Because it's USB-rechargeable, I can keep it charged with my Solio solar panel in an emergency.

Negative Reviews:

Not waterproof

I bought this light because it is ridiculously bright. Unfortunately, the USB charging is a weakness, because the cover doesn't adequately protect the charging port.

The light stopped working after one ride in the rain. This is a required feature for a commuting bike light. I'm glad REI has a great return policy.
