Dac Tent Stakes 6 Pack Reviews:

Great Purchase!

I purchased these stakes to replace the factory stakes that came with my Mountain Hardware Light path 3. I bought 4 packages of them seeing as they are about half the price of other DAC tent stakes (which are all the same thing other than coloration and some with added pull chord...which I was able to add myself with some light utility chord that I for about 2 dollars at my local hardware store, *which I would recommend adding*). The first time taking these out definitely put them through a beating. We were camped on granite/gravel pack and had to pound the stakes into the ground with relatively large rocks and did not bend or break a single stake, they held up strong, and stayed tightly in place, however, the finish was scraped off which was expected. Over all I am very pleased with my purchase!

Got what I wanted

Bought these DAC Stakes to replace flimsy stakes that come stock with my REI and Sierra designs stakes. DAC came standard with my Marmot tent. Correct length for compacted rock and gravel in high altitude tundra. Strong, don't bend, cheaper than MSR.

Shipping too high for such a light and small item.
