A Very Good Deep Drop Reel

Deep water fishing is very demanding on fishing gear and poor selection choices quickly become evident 130 miles from shore. The Daiwa Tanacom Bull is simply awesome; its power and speed are amazing. The instruction manual should have been written in a more "step by step" style but a little practice during the 6-hour run to the fishing grounds solved that difficulty. Thanks to Daiwa for another great product.

Great value....

I got mine from Cabelas last year. I've been enjoying it so much I just got around to reviewing it. I use it primariy for deep dropping for ruby snappers around 650 - 800 ft deep. Paid for itself after 3 or 4 outings.

Copper line Lake Ontario

I use this on lake Ontario with 45lb copper, it holds about 700ft and 1000ft power pro backing. retrieves 700 ft in 2 minutes
