Got this for a multi-country trip. Was hesitant buying it sight unseen - except for web photos. No worries here! This bag is awesome and the split pocket inside actually keeps all your clothes from moving around and keeps them wrinkle free just like using dresser drawers for your clothes.
Top a great bag off with the best customer service and really good discounts and you have a WINNER here. I love Dakine products - they hold up well (nary a scratch after being in 7 airports and on a train abroad). My other hard sided cases broke wheels off & split the zipper where sewed to bag on both their maiden voyages. But not my Dakine Small Split Roller or my Dakine Kylie Duffle that I carried on the flights. Both bags carry a lot of stuff!
Yeah for Backcountry and for Dakine!

Bought this bag for my fiance for Christmas this year after buying her the smaller three bag carry on set earlier in the year. They are all fantastic, but this bag tops it all off!
There was more than enough room in the one bag for the both of us to go on a 3 day weekend in one bag. The divisions in the bag are useful and well built. I would highly recommend it if you have an extended trip or traveling with kids.
It does have the potential to be stuffed to a point I cannot lift it alone, but that is no fault of Dakine.

I bought this for my move to Europe in December and had to take enough stuff to last me three winter months. It fit everything I needed plus some! Looks great, easy to handle even when completely full. Couldn't be any happier with my purchase! And if you have questions, ask! The gear specialist was super helpful in my decision making process! Great quality product. And no trouble with airline checked baggage regulations! I had to watch it a little on the weight but even super full, with pretty much just clothes, it was just under 50lbs.

This bag is awesome! I purchased one as a Christmas gift to myself and just used it for a skydiving trip to Florida. It has several different compartments making it easy to separate your clothing, toiletries, and any gear you may have. I think it is large enough to even carry my parachute. It also comes in really great patterns, it is definitely not a boring bag... it got tons of attention. I love it.

My daughter needed some new luggage to get her across country and back to school in style. We purchased two of these bags. Tons of room and easy to organize in different compartments. Best thing is they are easy to store in her new "mini" apartment. Dakine makes a durable, long lasting product. Highly recommend.

Great bag for long vacations, pretty large. I got the black/houndstooth and it's a really subtle pattern. Love it, seems really durable and I love the little pockets.

When this arrived my girlfriend was sure it was the best rolling gear bag ever...but looks can be deceiving. The Vera color-way is in her words, "super cute!" The pockets and stow panels are well thought out and in the right places for travel and accessibility. But the quality is sub-par at best. 2 of the the internal zipper panels tore out when she packed the gear bag on its maiden voyage. A couple more tears happened throughout our week long trip. A little thread work and the tears are fixed, but this is hardly acceptable. Dakine products are often pretty sweet products but it seems their luggage series could use a bump in the quality catergory.
