It's clear that hunters are searching for decoys that look like live geese and, just as importantly, offer durability at an affordable price. A group of hunters from Vermillion, South Dakota decided to meet this need. From prototypes carved by a world-class decoy artist, each Dakota Decoy is precision-molded using virtually indestructible polyethylene. The hand-painted bodies have a natural brown base color that actually adds goose-fooling "worn-in" character after a few seasons. Below thick, durable flocking, the heads are black polyethylene. Like the bodies, this base color hides inevitable wear marks from trailers, pit blinds and off-season storage. The hunter-friendly Wind Walker system delivers a waddling action with a molded-in motion limiter and stretch-cord legs. Metal bases stabilize the Dakotas in high winds. Almost Indestructible
Outstanding decoys. Very realistic...very durable...very heavy. Motion system is also very good. Had bag of 6 fly out of the back of my pickup at 50mph. Felt sick to my stomach. Went back and found a slightly torn bag with only 1 of the decoy heads broke off. The rest of them were fine...just a couple of scratches on the main bodies. Ordered a set of 3 replacement heads and I was ready to go.
Outstanding Quality Decoy
These full body decoys look like the real thing. They are really fast to set up, and add some movement to your spread with some wind. If you are looking to add some full body decoys to your gear, check these out! I am not sure you can get a much more realistic decoy without going custom that cost much more. I would wait until they go on sale later in the season. Great Product!
Dakota Goose Decoys
These decoys look good in your hands and even better in the field! First day I used my 2 dozen dakotas (12 fully flocked and 12 non) the geese would be locked up before we could see them! The second use we actually had some other hunters try and sneak up on them and I had to shout at them. Well worth the buy!

These decoys are Dave Smith realism meets big foot durability. The are second to none in almost all categories. The motion system is the best there is, hands down. Hand painted to. They are worth every penny.
