Size 10 Female with prescription orthotics loves these! If you are a woman looking for clogs that look (and feel) like the leather and wooden ones we used to buy from Sweden in the 70's ... And now wear orthotics to boot ... a pair of Men's Danskos may be the answer to your foot needs! I wear a Women's 10 (usually a European 41). But since I have half-foot prescription orthotics, I wear a Men's 42 in this model. I tried the Dansko Karl, and the 42 would have been about right as well; but my orthotic slipped a bit in the back. In addition, I just don't care for stapled clogs when I can have the neater look of this style. I have tried several Women's Dansko styles in 42, but they do NOT accommodate my orthotics like the Men's clogs. The slightly wider Men's version seems to also be roomer at the top of the foot. Many women bemoan the fact that Women's Danskos end at Size 42 ... but I urge them to give the Men's a try. By the way, I also currently have a moderate case of plantar fasciitis; I get instant relief when I wear clogs ... so these also solved that problem!

European sizing seems to be a roll of the dice - I ordered a pair of Josef Seibel Janson clogs in a size 47, which were supposed to be US Men’s 13, and they were much too small. The Dansko Cameron's I purchased were Size 47 (US Mens 13.5-14) and they fit perfectly. I wear a US Men’s 12. All that said about sizing, I am writing this review as a whole-hearted endorsement of this shoe's out-of-the-box comfort and a footbed that is so well designed that it doesn't need squishy padding. I stand for hours in these shoes with absolutely no discomfort. The heel is elevated and pushes the posture a bit forward, which matches well with the generous indentation in the footbed for the ball of the foot. The shoes work well to distribute my weight (260 lbs), and they stay on very well (at least on my feet) when walking and provide very confident footing.

Perfect comfort clog for damaged feet - I bought these for my husband, who has a fused ankle on one foot and nerve damage on the other (giving him a floppy foot) so that I wasn't sure he would be able to wear clogs. I'm happy to say that the Cameron stays on his feet and is a wonderfully sturdy, comfortable shoe for him. I took the advice of others and ordered a full size larger, and was glad I did. That was just right.

I bought these for my husband who was suffering from plantar fasciitis from walking around the house barefooted. He has wide feet and a flat foot, which made finding just the right clogs difficult. We ended up discovering that this chef\'s clog fit the bill, if we ordered a half size larger than he wears. Since he has been wearing these around the house instead of going barefooted, the pain in his feet has completely subsided.

Dansko’s - Descent shoe overall but the arch support is painful initially. I'm not sure whether you adjust to the shoe or it adjusts to you but either way it gets better as you wear them. They aren't as comfortable as everyone says but they are as good as a good pair of tennis shoes without the worry of getting them dirty. Unfortunately, they are as ugly as stink.

Great - I bought these shoes for a friend after seeing my doctor wearing them. When I asked the doctor about them he took them off and told me how great they are while he is on his feet all day. That is the reason I thought my friend would like them and he does. Looks great as well as feels great. Thank you so much.

Generally Speaking I Like This Shoe - I love the look! Initially the shoe felt comfortable, but, as I wore them, they became heavy and felt "short" ~ my heel hitting the ridge in the back ~ overall I think Danskos are great shoes ~ they or this one just are not working for me at this time in my foot-life! :-)

If the shoe fits...buy another pair! I bought these shoes for my husband for Christmas to wear in the kitchen. We entertain a lot and he does much of the cooking so his feet used to hurt from standing for so long. He absolutely loves these shoes. He may even buy a second pair to kick around in. Great purchase!

Bought these 2 years ago to wear in the OR standing all day. After a brief break in period, these are the most comfortable shoes ever worn. These will support you all day long and still support after 2 years. Better than Birks, Mephisto, Ecco, Z Coil, I've tried them all. Look forward to getting different styles.

Great - This shoe is of great quality. It is a little heavy but you can tell that the quality is amazing. My husband is wearing these for work shoes and he loves them. His feet do not hurt after working 12 hour shifts and that says a lot. Great shoe overall. Five stars!

Had these shoes for 3 & 1/2 months now. At first they were great. Good support, but had just enough "scootch" / padding / rebound in the heel to be superior than the other hard soles clogs I tried. However, over the last few weeks they've developed a serious hot spot right under the ball of my left foot. It's exactly under where the big toe separates from the foot. I even put in a "Dr. Scholl's" pad under that area, but all to no avail. I wear these at work in a hospital, and by the end of the day it feels like I've got a nail stuck in my foot and someone's hammering away. The right foot has no problem. I'm buying new shoes.

Not at all like my Birkenstocks - I usually wear Birkenstock clogs. Birks have a low heel with most of the weight carried at the arch. These clogs have a high, narrow heel. I twisted my ankle twice as the shoe rolled over off the heel. After a week my heels and calves were sore. Not at all like my Birkenstocks - I usually wear Birkenstock clogs. This is by far the most comfortable clog I have ever owned, and they look great too. The only problem I am having is the soles are starting to wear out after only two months. I work on textured non-slip tile floors, and they seem to really grind down the soft Slip Resistant soles of this shoe. The regular clog has a harder rubber sole and seems to hold up better on textured surfaces.
