I ordered these for my Mom for Mother's day. She has a brown pair and really wanted a black pair. I ordered the same size as the brown and when they came in they were a size too big! So I called Zappos to see how there return policy worked! The guys was amazing! He said we will send the new size out to you no charge and you put the wrong size in the box and ship them back. Oh and we pay the S&H!! Amazing customer service! It was so easy the new shoes fit my Mom perfect and I would gladly order from Zappos again any day!
I am tiny and was lucky enough to be able to purchase the kids Danskos. I work in the customer side of heath care, where my dress is business casual, and I was tired of wearing cute shoes that hurt my feet all day. These shoes are so fabulous; I cannot say enough good things about them. My feet feel like they are sitting on pillows all day, and they look cute with all of my dress pants! This is my first of many pairs!
I typically wear a 2 in kid's sizes (4 in women's), sometimes a 2.5. I bought this shoe in a 32 afraid it might be a tad small, but it fits great!
These shoes look cute and sturdy, but they were at least a half size too big for someone who normally takes a size 2.
Great shoe. The shoe slips (like a clog) when you walk, but this makes it even more comfy. My daughter loves them.
