Darn Tough No Show Mesh -
The open-mesh knitting on the top of the Darn Tough Merino Wool No-Show Mesh Sock makes these socks lightweight and extremely breathable. Soft, non-itchy merino wool pulls sweat away from your feet to the surface of the sock where it can evaporate. Darn Tough added nylon for durability and Lycra around the arch for a foot-hugging fit. Your feet can go the distance in these low-cut socks, and they'll stay dry and cool, even in balmy temps.

  • Custom shrink treated Merino wool
  • Jersey knit construction

Support and Cushioning:

  • Elastic support around the arch and cuff

  • Light weight
  • Reinforced heel and toe

Premium, all weather performance socks made in the heart of Vermont. Darn Tough makes the most comfortable and durable socks you will ever own. Every pair backed with an unconditional lifetime guarantee.

Using the latest generation of Italian knitting machines, we're able to knit ultra-light yet extremely dense socks with an undetectable toe seem. Open mesh knitting on top of foot. Reinforced heel and toe. Elastic support around the arch.

If you look through the reviews you will see that I bought a pair of these in 2009. Well I just recently bought another pair which should tell you something. I primarily use these socks for running either on trail or road and either hot or cold days. They are a really good all around sock and really high quality. Now if you are a really serious runner I wouldn't necessarily use these on race day or a really hot day, but I personally have a few other socks for those situations.

Got these socks just before an extended backcountry trip with the intention of throwing them away at the end. After wearing them for a month and a half, with a few rinses in streams, they were still good as new when out of the wash. I run in them all the time and am stunned how well they continue to hold up. They might be magic, because they just don't wear out.

I use these socks mostly for running and hiking but they are comfortable enough that you can use them for whatever. I have several pair of SmartWool socks that I love but these are hands-down my favorite. And it is true what everyone says, they do last about a solid week before they start to smell. My only problem is that I now refuse to wear anything except wool on my feet.

If you are the trail running light and fast type, these socks are great, I have taken these through just about any condition you can think of and they performed well, after 10 days canyoneering in Escalante my smartwool socks of similar design wore out to the point of retirement, Darn Tough says it best, these socks will stand strong when the going gets tough!

I bought these socks as well as the Teko Poly Light Low Sock - Men's. I liked them both. The price tag is a little high but you get what you pay for. My preference for socks are not too thin and with too much nylon because they make my feet sweet, and not too thick and too much cotton. This sock is perfect.

Never owned any Darn Tough product before, but I will be owning more in the future. This socks wicks very well, and the Merino wool keeps the stench down to zip. This sock fits my foot like a glove, and even after numerous wearings and washings it has kept its shape beautifully and shown no signs of wear. Super product!

I bought one pair of these last year and they are "Darn Tough” I wear them cycling and running and they're the best socks I've ever owned hands down and absolutely worth every penny. I'm back to buy as many as my wallet can stand...buy them and you'll love them like I do.

Darn Tough certainly does make darn tough socks-these lightweight socks are amazingly resilient for how thin they are. And of course, the ventilation is great; my feet sweat A LOT, and yet these keep them cool all day. If you're a fanatic about breathability and durability, these socks are perfect.

Who knew socks could make your day awesome? With these, your feet will be super comfortable, and DRY. I have super gnarly sweaty feet from running, and these breathe like a dream, and best of all, wool is naturally anti-bacterial, so they stay smelling fresher longer.

These are the best! Made in VT which is reason enough to buy them but they also stand up to a lot fo abuse. Darn Tough has my business for a long time to come.

Negative Reviews:

These are just awkward. I have other wool performance socks that are wonderful. But these have a spherical shaped toe area which creates an awkward fit and feel. Definitely returning these.
