Great Practice

My son and his friend spent a 4th of July morning shooting at this target. They both shoot about 40 lb bows and had about 6" of penetration which i felt is acceptable for this little target. To test it more thoroughly I would like to have had my older son use his heavier poundage bow or even use my crossbow to see what it could actually handle. The target looks sharp and showed little wear for the 2 hrs of pummeling that the boys gave it. The only real short-coming is the holes that should be on the bottom for stability. The holes really don't exist. I do recommend it.

realistic target

Looks like a raccoon and is fun to shoot at. I had to use a rubber grip rag to pull out the arrows. I'm pleased with the purchase. Adds another dimension to the archery hobbie.

Love the target, arrows pull out easy, holds up to repeated shots. The downside is the stake holes have ripped a little, need to by lined with a tubing so they dont pull out.

Good target...some flaws.

I recently purchased this target as a Christmas gift for my Dad. There were some voids in the foam (especially under the chin) that will lead to rapid deterioration of the external paint/coating. Considering the price tag, this was an annoying defect. However, this is a target, so we were not too concerned with a few cosmetic flaws. The target performs well, and the density of the foam was very effective, yet not so tight that the arrows were impossible to remove.
