Dooney & Bourke Nylon Crossbody Pouchette

I've had this bag for almost a year now, and I'm really happy with it. It's the perfect size for just the bare essentials you need to go out, it leaves your hands free, and the zipper means that I never have to worry about things falling out or getting stolen. The nylon is resistant to water and stains, and the strap seems to be made of high-quality leather, because it's showing no signs of breaking down, just getting softer and more comfortable on my shoulder over time. The only downside of this bag is that it's not really pretty or unique, but it's classic and goes with everything, so I love it anyway. Also, Zappos customer service is always amazing. I just ordered a new bag last week and for once didn't use Zappos (because the bag wasn't available here), and it's taken days just to leave the warehouse, not to mention how long the actual shipping will take. Zappos' free one-day shipping takes the stress out of buying something you haven't seen in person yet: you know you'll get to see it soon and that the return/exchange process will be quick and easy (and free) if it turns out you don't like what you ordered.

First of all, I am a new customer to Zappos.com. Zappos did an excellent job in the customer service and delivery of my purchase (within 24 hours!). The bag looks exactly the way it is displayed here on the website. I like the fact that they have a video of a person displaying the product so that the customer gets an idea of the size of product and visual details. This Dooney and Bourke bag is made of very nice nylon and it is a very attractive crossbody bag! The hot pink interior adds to its character and uniqueness. The workmanship is wonderful on this product. This was my first D&B bag and I would like to make future purchases from Zappos! Keep up the good work! I will be sure to pass the Zappos name on to friends and family members. Thanks a bunch.

I ordered this purse just to carry a few things to social occasions at night. But I learned that it holds much more than I had anticipated. Here's what I have in it right now: small mirror compact, small wallet, pack of tissues, cell phone, set of six keys, lipstick, and nail file. I like to pull out the end of the zipper so that purses open beyond the end, but it doesn't work on this bag because they have put in a gold stopper. Other than that, I love it. This bag holds more than you might think.

This bag is exactly what I wanted it to be. It's small so it's lightweight even when full, but it's big enough to hold all the essential things: a wallet, phone, keys, pen, and a bit more. The pockets are all the perfect size. I like that it's a crossbody so it's always out of the way and you don't have to put it on the floor in restaurants or in bathrooms with no door hook. It's really well-made but understated (for those who don't like tacky brand logos everywhere) and matches everything. I love this bag!

This bag is the perfect size for carrying all the essentials, and good for vacation. I was worried that the tomato red color might be too orange, but it is a cheerful, pretty red! Good quality and stylish at a good price.

Easy, simple, if you carry just keys, a cellphone, wallet, some chap-stick, and you're good to go! Wish the strap could be shorter but the clean nylon makes up for it.
