love these

Day before I was to walk a half marathon, i stupidly wore brand new sandals which rubbed a spot raw on top of my feet (both of them). I put these on and had zero problems with the half marathon! They stayed on through the pouring rain during which my feet slid back and forth in my shoes. they even stayed on through sweat and showers for several days!

Works for me!

On a ten day thru hike in September these blister pads saved me alot of grief. They stuck tenaciously to the skin. The pain went away the same day I started using. Three days later the blister was healed enough that the pad was unnecessary.

What Happened?

I used this type of blister block before when I ran a marathon. I bought these for my 30 mile hike on the AT. When I started getting hot spots, I applied the blister block but they wouldn't stick. They rolled and bunched up and aggravated my foot. I had tons of blisters when I was done. I don't know what happened to this product; they used to stick really well.
