just short of great

I got the four footer for christmas, installed it in my garage, and have loved it. the only complaint i have is that it is a pain to install the screws in every single holder and tighten them all the way down. It is a great product tho, and seems very solidly built.
One tip for install: take all the holders out and install the screws in from the bottom(wall side) it saved a lot of time over using the hex all the way from the top, i was able to use my fingers for most of it and save time.

Versatile Rod Holdeer

I attached this holder combination to the rafters in my work shed. Simply had to place them parallel and screw them in. I did leave the set screws out as I wanted the flexibility in rod spacing. The rods were not going to be bounced around or subject to jarring as they would if you were to put these holders on a boat, so the set screws were not necessary. Very satisfied. Excellent rod storage and will probably buy another set for my additional rods.

Perfect for 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Mounted one track to the rear trim moulding of the head liner and other just behind the sunroof. Against the ceiling and out of the way.

Negative Reviews:

Can't recommend them

After reading all the positive reviews I bought these rod racks for mounting under my T-top. In rough water rods would randomly pop out of the "hook" end. Despite the fact that the little rubber nub that is supposed to hold the rods in place is pretty stiff, somehow I had rods popping out on a regular basis. Not fun when you are trying to navigate rough water. I am going to tear them out and install the type that has a more positive rod retention method.
