| I bought my first pair about 2 years ago while traveling through Henderson, Nevada. Having a shoe size 14 3E I find it hard to find that size. The store I had stopped in suggested I order on line which I did. 2 days later the order was at my door in the campground I was staying at, perfect fit very comfortable so there was no 2nd thought when I needed to buy new pair (pairs this time, I bought 1 casual and 1 dress pair). I could not find a quality shoe for the price anywhere locally. Now my shoe store is just a web site away at the end of my fingertips. Thanks Zappos for making such a fine product. | |

| I bought these as a last minute gift for my husband. He had some old beat-up shoes that he wore for snow shoveling and walking in the winter. When I ordered these shoes, I fully expected to return them, in fact I doubted he would even try them on. He not only tried them on he has hardly taken them off. He says they are so comfortable and light weight that they didn’t even need broken-in! And they are pretty water repellent and have good soles for walking in snow and ice. Living in Minnesota that is a necessity. | |

| I love these boots! I went through quite a few shoes here before I ended up with these, and these are the ones I\'ll be keeping. They\'re comfortable out of the box. A little stiff, but as the leather breaks in a bit I suspect that won\'t be an issue. They\'re a nice medium-dark brown that looks good with jeans and might even get the job done in dressier situations. My one complaint is that I wish the topmost eyes were hooks to make them quicker to get on/off. Definitely not a dealbreaker, though. | |

| Solid footwear. Exhibits good materials and workmanship. The fit is true to size. Dunham is a manufacturer that you depend on for satisfaction in every respect. The leather used in the construction is quite substantial and takes a while to break-in, but once this is accomplished you will be well pleased with a good durable pair of boots. The only improvement which should be considered is in the arch support, otherwise, this is a recommended purchase. | |

| This is less a review about the shoe than the customer service from Zappos that makes the shoe even better. I have a problem finding a suitable LARGE size. I have looked at several other sites besides Zappos but continue to be impressed with the entire order/service process. In addition to the boot above, I have since purchased a Dunham casual loafer. Both have been very good choices. | |
