If you were a fan of the Adio Kenny Andersen v2's, you will most likely love these. I was bummed when Adio went out of business, because I owned three pairs of the KA's, as they fit my foot perfectly. I wore a 13 in the Adio KAv2's, and a 12 in this DVS Throttle fit me perfect. My feet are wide, and my toes are pretty short. These kicks are very comfortable so far, and the tongue, while fairly thick, doesn't seem to make them any less comfortable for my particular foot. Now if I could only find skate shoes with arch support.
Sent these back to exchange for the "Enduro." The stash pocket in the tongue makes it way too thick. They were uncomfortable like i was wearing a size too small because there wasn't enough room from being cramped by the tongue. Kinda like having a queen size pillowtop mattress in your shoe. Without the extra thick tongue would have been killer.
Great shoe. Very well-made and comfortable. Far superior to other skate shoes. Well worth the extra money.
