Eagle Claw Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Stringer Reviews:

Looks good but.....

I really liked the way this looked. The first time I used it I had a stringer full of fish but when I went to pull the stringer out of the water, one of the loops snapped and I lost the whole string. I tried and tried to get the fish back but I couldn't. So I cannot recommend this item because not only did it cost me a lot of fish, it caused me to be a poor sportsman.

waste of money

I bought it to use in the flatbottom so I wouldn't have to deal with rust. It's been less than one season and the cllips are completely rusted; some of them won't even open anymore. I could have bought a half a dozen cheap ones and just thrown them away when rusty for a lot less money.

Poor Replacement

The material was good, but the assembly was very poor. I had to recrimp every fold or else it fell apart. I am glad I decided to check it before I used it. I could have lost a prize catch!

Poor quality

All of the snaps needed sharpening and 1 fell apart while sharpening. The so called stainless and brass is rusting just from being in the boat and it's freshwater, not salt. Way too much money for the quality.
