About 6 months ago I ordered and received a pair of high boots for my lady. Turned out they didn't fit. Sent them back and I got a full refund, five stars. The other day I ordered a wallet. It showed up in a timely fashion. I don't like it but I don't know where to get one that I do like. I'm sure that they would take it back and give me a full refund like before, but the main thing is that I don't know where to get one that I do like. I'll keep it. Five stars. I will be ordering from Zappos.com again.
I had used only leather wallets forever, and then I decided to try the Eagle Creek Bi-Fold. I will never go back to leather! This is the best wallet ever. The ribbed nylon surface does not slip out of my pocket, nor do the credit cards or money slip out. You will never regret this purchase.
Great wallet
I do not use leather and have been searching for years to find a good quality, non-leather, wallet like this one. I have been using one I have had for 30 years until I became aware of your company. The wallet from you is great and hope it lasts as long as my old one!
Great billfold. I got the black one. It's smaller in size but holds everything I had in a bigger billfold. The "stash" pocket is great to hide some bills and no one will ever know. Eagle Creek does it again. They make great products.
Quality Product
Great wallet, The Id window is not very easy to see through and the stitching at the top of the window prevents the wallet from closing into a relatively thin wallet. It is still no thicker than many leather wallets, however.
This is a great wallet. It's a nice contrast to a leather wallet. The material is awesome.
Negative Reviews:
Nice looking, but not practical
I purchased two different wallets from EMS for my father and while he was drawn to this one initially, it became evident that the craftsmanship of the wallet made it impractical for him to use. Specifically, the credit card pockets were too short, allowing for very little storage and we live in a card for everything society, so I had to send it back.
On two brighter notes, EMS handled the return to my satisfaction and my father liked the other wallet so I would not hesitate to order from them again.
