Peregrine Knots & Ropes for Climbers Reviews:

Easy to follow guide

This compilation of the absolute MOST useful knots has to be one of the best published guides for the novice climber/beginner, as well as be appreciated by the most experienced. Literature is simple to comprehend, and the illustrations by Mike Clelland are clear, concise, and exact on how they would look for the user. The book shows how the knots should look when completed correctly, what they are used for, and step-by-step instructions set you up for success.

For beginners and teachers

This book is a great guide for people newly introduced to mountaineering, or for someone perhaps teaching the craft. Illustrations are remarkably easy to follow and knots are not over emphasized to the point of boredom. High points are hit, and checkpoints are highlighted to ensure success. Anything by these guys is easy and a good read.
